Hi there!I'm Recep, a digital product designer with two decades of experience in producing efficient form & function solutions.

In the early 2000s, as a young university student with plenty of spare time and an enormous amount of curiosity, the web felt like a whole new world to be discovered and conquered. Like any other self-expressionist, I wanted my own spot in it. I got my hands on a copy of Dreamweaver to design my personal homepage on Geocities, and one thing led to another.

Since then, I've been designing across agencies, startups, and product teams, which has given me the chance to work all over the spectrum – product design, UX, UI, design systems, visual identities, marketing materials, the occasional advertorial animation – and to collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, PMs, and founders to get things shipped. My background in HTML, CSS, and (an adequate amount of) JavaScript gives me a solid understanding of how my designs get built.

Off the clock, I'm a professional music listener and a wannabe pixel artist with a soft spot for retro PC games.
